Behind the camera

Behind every frame.

I'm Dario Valenzuela, a storyteller and photographer. I make documentaries, commercials, weddings and music videos, and I personally oversee every production with a small standby crew.

Home base is Williamsburg, Virginia. The work has taken me to Richmond, Louisville and Houston, and as far as Nairobi and Kigali.

If you've hired me before, thank you. Your stories are the reel this page is built on.

Black Oak Remodeling, Louisville, KY

First lead in 48 hours: a $30–40K kitchen remodel.

Three short video ads built around their bathroom remodels. Two days after launch, a homeowner reached out about a full kitchen. The videos built enough trust to bring in a bigger job than the ads were selling.

The guarantee

Make your investment back, or I work for free until you do.

I personally oversee every production with a small standby crew instead of mass-hiring freelancers. That keeps the work consistent, and it means a limited number of client slots in each city.
